Marian moved to the Bay Area over 25 years ago while working with IBM on the Peninsula. After years in international marketing and sales as a software executive (specializing in marketing, business development, product management, and negotiating acquisitions), she decided to travel less and work in the Bay Area real estate industry. Her initial focus was as an investor, focusing on new construction and remodeling primarily in San Francisco and Marin. In doing so she developed relationships in all facets of the real estate industry.
Marian raised two girls in Noe Valley where they attended The Hamlin School. When her girls decided on Marin for high school the family moved to Marin to shorten their commute. Luckily, they both returned to San Francisco after college recognizing that there’s no place like home in the Bay Area!
Having lived in Woodside on the Peninsula, then San Francisco, then Marin – Marian has in-depth knowledge of the Bay Area living experience.
